Part 1

Getting ready for his journey

Rabbi Fisch receives an unexpected letter asking for his help from the aguda of the Five Towns (not the one in Long Island!)

and picks up what he needs from Shmiel the Shopkeeper.

He also meets Shmiel the Shopkeeper's cat, Mr. Fluffles, who comes back in Adventure #1.

Part 2

Adventure #1: The Candle, The Rooster, & The Horse
Rabbi Fisch tries to find a place to spend the night, but the town rejects him. While settling down in the forest overlooking the town, a wind blows out his candle, a cat (welcome back, Mr. Fluffles!) eats his rooster, and a tiger eats his horse. Of course, in the end, Rabbi Fisch discovers everything that happened was all for the best...

This adventure is based on the events of Rabbi Akiva from Brachos 60b.
